Grade Level Parent Meetings
General parent meetings are held once each year per grade level. Meetings are presentation style with vital information covered that pertains to each specific grade level including meeting graduation requirements, preparing for college and maximizing the success of students. While basic presentations will be posted for reference after each meeting, we encourage parents to attend the grade level meeting each year to learn about changes and hear additional information given.

All meetings begin at 6:30pm in the Media Center.
Wednesday, August 31, 2022 – Senior Parents
Wednesday, September 14, 2022 – Junior Parents
Wednesday, September 21, 2022 – Sophomore Parents

Classroom Presentations
Counselors present to all students via the English classes to address a variety of topics important for that class level. Time frames for the 2022-23 school year are as follows:
Freshmen: August 23

individual student conferences
Grade levels are each assigned a specific time period and students will schedule conference appointments with their counselor directly via Canvas.
Seniors: August - October
Sophomores: October - December
Juniors: January - March
Freshmen: March - May
