Welcome to Ms. Yep's Page

First, allow me to introduce myself. I am Ms. Yep, and I currently teach English 2 Honors and AVID 4. I have been teaching for eleven years, and this is my eighth year teaching at Wilson High School. I earned a B.A. in English from CSUF, and an M.A. in Education from APU. I hold a single subject teaching credential in English, and I am close to receiving my PPS so I can also work as a school counselor. On campus, I serve as the PRIDE 12 Den Leader. My father is a graduate of Wilson, Class of '79. My brother is a recent graduate of Wilson, Class of 2015. My father was born and raised in Hacienda Heights, so he is very proud that I have made Wilson my home. Go Cats!

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my fiance Drew. I got engaged during the summer of 2015 at Fenway Park in Boston!
Go Sox! We like to spend time during the summer exploring the historical sites in Boston, and indulging in New England seafood, yum! We also spend a great deal of time every season supporting the Los Angeles Kings! I love ice hockey and have been a loyal fan since the early 90's. One of the other things that I love very much is my English Spaniel Audrey. Audrey was a stray dog that has become the most loyal companion. I recently acquired a second stray dog named Rusty, a Puggle, who is full of energy and affection. Did you catch that? Rusty and Audrey? Have you every watched the Vacation movies? Lastly, I grew up in a home that taught me to love and respect animals, our previous pets include: snakes, tarantulas, lizards, ferrets, frogs, turtles, and of course, dogs!
